June 20th: Solstice Garden Party 5-7pm
Celebrate the summer solstice in the garden 
music and a tapas picnic
Tickets on sale now!

July 3: Bug Day 10am-12:30pm
Explore the wonderful world of insects ("bugs")
Join us for a bug hunt, bug crafts and games, bugs role in the ecosystem.
Pre-registration required.
To pre-register, send an email to friendsjoa@gmail.com with the subject "Bug Day" and include your group name and contact as well as the number of children attending and their ages.
Only the first 7 groups who email will be able to register.

July 31:  Garden Organizations Picnic 5-7pm
A social gathering of members of the Friends of J-O Arboretum,  the SEAK Master Gardeners, the Juneau Garden Club, and the Juneau Chapter of the American Primrose Society...great garden talk and great garden food (hopefully a potluck this year)..stay tuned.

  March 2020 Davis Gallery, Centennial Hall. Month-long exhibit of images taken at the arboretum by Merrill Jensen, arboretum director, and Michael Penn, well-known local photographer. Note cards featuring many of the photos in the show will be for sale in the gallery gift shop when it reopens.
